We first came across hummus when we lived abroad and that with falafel was our staple diet. The hummus we make is thicker and more pate-like, which I have to say, I prefer. We have 3 varieties:-
original (suitable for vegans)
sundried tomato(suitable for vegans)
pesto
Hummus can be ordered for parties and corporate events and is delivered already presented on a display plate with or without accompanying cruditees
